Website Redesign Help

I'd like to redesign an educational website that isn't accessible if you're not enrolled, but I don't really know anything about css. If anyone can help or advice me on what to do, I'd really appreciate.

I'd just like a really minimal theme (similar to the one attached) with a few elements removed, if possible.
