Upload userscript instead of CSS

I'd like to upload my theme as a userscript but it only allows me to upload CSS... this seems like an oversight

If you want use userscripts for chrome you may just install it as extension. Please look https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greasemonkey. But I also may recommend https://tampermonkey.net/
