Can't use inspect element???/Golden TIP!! FOR CHORMEBOOK USERS!!

Hello thank you for reading this...
Well i use a chromebook and school installed it. So witch that means school blocked almost everything!!
And 1 of that thing is inspect.

I tried loads of tricks but didn't work for me.
It would be great if you found a way to unblock it.
And yes it's impossible... they also blocked play store WTH is wrong with them?!?!
SYSTEM INFORMATION
Operating System:Linux x86_64 (Chrome Book)
Chrome Browser Version: 66.0.3359.137
Chrome OS Version: 10452.74.0
CPU: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N2840 @ 2.16GHz ( x86_64architecture - 2 processors )
Memory: 1.37GB available out of 4.05GB

FOR CHROMEBOOK USERS HERE IS A TIP TO GET APK GAMES/APPS IF IT'S BLOCKED!!!!
1. download this app from the chrome store --------> https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/arc-welder/emfinbmielocnlhgmfkkmkngdoccbadn
2. Go to your files and make a new map (ctrl + e) And name it ARC Welder or what ever
3. Download an apk under 20MB or higer for me it only works under 20MB
4. Drag your downloaded game/app in the folder you created
5. Open ARC Welder select the folder you made
6. Select the game/app you downloaded press open
7. wait... then press test... wait...
8. Then you should me able to use the game/app

    You could also try a portable version of the browser. They probably didn't take measures against that.

    I've noticed that your idea of light work is to just straight copy, rename and re-publish others styles line for line exactly. and where in some cases the only alteration is changing the author name inline.

    I guess also, its not too much work to have the gall to ask for Paypal donations for what is not your work, that's a new level of douche-baggery low, if I ever saw one.

    You also disregard the licensing terms and dont attribute the original author or re-publish work that is strictly forbidden also i.e. no licence or no redistribution, that not too much work either.

    Its not too much work to do the above to dozens of these styles.

    But doing the portable install is too much work, I guess if you could whack a Paypal for that too, you would and do it just in case you get paid.

    Its hilarious for al the wrong reasons.
