Why don't my styles stick?

Hello!
My styles are never remembered? For example, if I save a userstyle, it evaporates the next time I load up Chrome. I have to reinstall it. How can I stop this from happening, and go back to the days when my browser remembered my styles? Thanks!

(This applies to all styles on Google Chrome, issue beginning about 2018.)

    Eh? They keep uninstalling. :( I just want to be able to have the styles consistent again without having to reinstall them with each browser restart.

    Devs of Stylish? Assume I don't care about you browsing my privacy. How can I keep consistent styles again?
