Removing an annoying link from Gmail?

Sometimes at the top of the Gmail screen Google puts in a red like (as opposed to the normal blue) which throws off all my other tweaks.

Today, the link says "Share your Gmail story", but I've differently, but equally annoying links on other days.

Is there a way to get rid of these?

Quick and dirty, you can remove it with:

.nnrp0d { display: none !important; }

...but that obfuscated class name could possibly change, and you're left with an extra vertical bar character in there.
