Failure To Change Forum Avatar

I tried searching for another thread but couldn't find one about this; as such I am sorry if I make a duplicate thread.

I am having trouble changing my avatar on the forums, every time I change it, it shows a broken image. I've tried uploading various versions of the image I want:
Default Size 750x750 png
200x200 png
50x50 png
200x200 jpg
50x50 jpg

I'm honestly not sure whats happening if someone could help me out? I've also tried clearing my browser cache to make sure that it wasn't causing a problem. Thank you for anyone who helps!

I was getting an error when trying to post this thread, and even though it said it had an error it apparently still posted the threads. I am sorry for the multi-post, this forum does not seem to like me for some reason.
