    @namespace url(http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml); @-moz-document url-prefix("http://www.google.com/firefox"),url-prefix("http://google.com/firefox"), url-prefix("http://www.google.ca/firefox"),url-prefix("http://google.ca/firefox"){ /*my account area*/ body>*:not(center), /*web images groups news maps*/ #frame>tbody>tr>td>table[width="100%"]>tbody>tr>td table:only-child table:not([width="100%"]), /*side border*/ #frame>tbody>tr>td>table[width="100%"]>tbody>tr>td:not([width="100%"]), /*bottom border*/ #frame>tbody>tr:first-child+tr+tr+tr, /*whitespace*/ #frame>tbody>tr>td>table[width="100%"]>tbody>tr>td table:only-child>tbody>tr>td:not([width="100%"]), #frame>tbody>tr:first-child, #frame>tbody>tr:last-child, /*ff logo*/ #frame>tbody>tr:first-child+tr {display:none!important} body{background:#FFF!important} }
  • it should change it to this

    "works like a charm"

    uss9876, maybe you are using a local google adress, at first it did not work for me either, i just added :

    url-prefix("http://www.google.com/firefox"),url-prefix("http://google.com/firefox"),
    url-prefix("http://www.google.se/firefox"),url-prefix("http://google.se/firefox"),
    url-prefix("http://www.google.ca/firefox"),url-prefix("http://google.ca/firefox")

    to ChoGGi's code and now it works on my local google.

    =)

    Edit : formatting
  • that works good. now I would like to have a photo from my files paste itself in the big blank white space in the middle.. the photo is my documents pics4 folder ..??? how??
  • drag the image into a ff window it'll show the link in the urlbar
    then change body{background:#FFF!important} to
    body{overflow:hidden!important;height:100%!important;background:#FFF url("file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/ChoGGi/My%20Documents/picture.png") center center no-repeat!important}
  • that dont work ??
  • probably should have added &#0060code&#0062&#0060/code&#0062 around it
    try this onebody{overflow:hidden!important;height:100%!important;margin:0!important;background:url("file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/ChoGGi/My%20Documents/picture.png") center center no-repeat!important}for some weird reason using file:/// makes it show up as an invalid url in DOMi (for me at least)
    if it still doesnt work you'll have to use insert>Data URI
    or resource:/some folder/image.png and goto your firefox program folder and make a folder called some folder then stick it there
  • Ill try that ..by the way..

    @namespace url(http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul);
    .bookmark-item[label="CNCzone"] {font-weight:bold!important;color: #3300CC !important;}

    ............................................................................

    @namespace url(http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul);
    .bookmark-item[label*="Yahoo"],.bookmark-item[label*="yahoo"],
    .bookmark-item[label*="misc"],.bookmark-item[label*="AMTD"]{font-weight:bold!important;font-family:Verdana!important}

    ..................................................................................
    You see how the top code makes cnczone blue , ok.
    If you look at the bottom code you see that it makes several things in bold,ok
    I have another little one not shown that makes only amtd green,ok
    how do I code the bottom one to make only AMTD green in the same style,,that is without having a separate
    code for making only AMTD green.
    I want to know for training purposes, I am trying to train my brain to see quickly what things go where
    as far as instructions..
  • i'm not sure what your asking for?
  • @namespace url(http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul);
    .bookmark-item[label*="Yahoo"],.bookmark-item[label*="yahoo"],
    .bookmark-item[label*="misc"],.bookmark-item[label*="AMTD"]{font-weight:bold!important;font-family:Verdana!important}

    what code would you add to this to make only AMTD green in color.. I dont want yahoo or others green..
  • .bookmark-item[label*="AMTD"]{color:green!important}
  • that works ok.. and the separate style that I wrote works with color code 339900.
    but this one stops working if I change green! to 339900..?? why is that?
  • try
    .bookmark-item[label*="AMTD"]:not(blah){color:#339900!important}
