Can't unsubscribe from certain forum topic

I want to unsubscribe from notifications on some topics I was participated in.
But some of those topics don't have a "gear" icon in my "Participated" topics list.
What should I do???

I don't want to fully disable notifications.
I'm talking about unsubscribing from a particular topic.

Are the topics you can't unsubscribe from Announcement topics?

Some of them.

I'm participated in 2 Announcement topics and both of them don't have a "gear" icon.
Additionally there is another one topic ( https://forum.userstyles.org/discussion/50397/chrome-bug-everytime-chrome-restarts-stylish-userstyles-are-wiped ) where I'm participated and it doesn't have "gear" icon too.

Is the additional topic a bookmarked topic, maybe? I briefly perused Vanilla's help forum looking for an answer but didn't have any luck. We are past due for a version upgrade, as we're currently on Vanilla 2.1, and the newest release is 2.3.
Hopefully the admins will be able to assist you further.
