Stylish for Chrome bug: styles don't apply to chrome-extension:// URLs.

I am using Stylish for Chrome, and also another extension for reading RSS.
The rss reader opens it's own ui in na new tab: chrome-extension://mwqkdwebcewggfewrewcsmwebew/viewer.html

I have written some Stylish styles for it to apply to all URLs starting with chrome-extension://mwqkdwebcewggfewrewcsmwebew/ however my styles never apply.

This is only a "Chrome bug" in the sense that Chrome does not allow it, which does bug the shit out of everybody.
